ETA Transit builds the technology transit agencies rely on every day: CAD/AVL, automatic passenger counting, rider information, reporting, and TransitOS, its AI-powered operations layer. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, ETA serves buses, trains, shuttles, campuses, airports, and regional networks across the United States.
“Align.vn has done an amazing job.”

ETA's products had grown from a single CAD/AVL system into a connected platform, and the website needed to tell that story in one place. Align redesigned and rebuilt etatransit.com around a simple idea: show how service actually runs, then show how each product supports it. The homepage opens with real footage of buses, riders, operators, and dispatchers, and moves from the daily reality of transit service into the solutions behind it. Each product page follows the same clear pattern of problem, approach, proof, and next step, so agency leaders, planners, and IT teams can each find what matters to them. The result is a site that feels as dependable and practical as the technology it presents.

Transit technology is complex, and ETA sells to very different audiences inside the same agency. The site had to explain technical products such as CAD/AVL, APC certification, and TransitGPT in plain language without losing the detail procurement teams look for. New products like TransitOS and TransitGPT also needed room to stand out while still reading as part of one connected system.

Motion carried much of that explanation. Align built a video hero, a scroll-driven service story, and an animated diagram that shows agency data flowing into the intelligence layer and out to each product. Every interaction had to stay smooth across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and every page had to remain easy for the ETA team to update on their own. Align balanced storytelling, performance, and a flexible CMS so the site can keep growing with the product line.
